1. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

  • The product remains in its original packaging with all seals intact.

Non-Returnable Items: Due to the nature of health and wellness products, we cannot accept returns for any packs where the outer protective seal has been broken or tampered with, for hygiene and safety reasons.

2. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a product that is damaged during transit or has a manufacturing defect (e.g., misprinted strips or damaged foil):
